Darren Street - Book 1
Jalen Jordan hires attorney Darren Street to defend him in what he claims is a minor traffic violation. When evidence appears that links Jalen to the murder of two young boys, Mr. Street wants to jump ship, but Jalen threatens that his son will be next unless he stays on the job. Then Jalen is found dead, and Darren Street is the prime suspect. Part twisting mystery, part courtroom procedural, this is a well written, fast-paced ride with stock characters you can love and hate.
