Mystery/Thriller -- 2 stars
When Rain Winter was twelve, she narrowly missed being abducted. Her two best friends were not as lucky. One of them died, one of them dedicated his life to payback ----- When you know the identity of the killer from page one, the only reason to continue reading is if the writing is phenomenal or there is a chance that you will find yourself surprised to be wrong. Neither is the case here.
