Mystery/Thriller -- 4 1/2 stars
Imagine there are infinite parallel worlds where a different "you" lives a life unknown to you or you to him. Imagine that one of your doppelgangers has found a way into your world. And he's a killer. This is the reality Dylan Moran faces after losing his wife in a car accident. His psychiatrist introduces him to the Many Worlds theory through a unique drug therapy. Searching for answers, Dylan finds himself in worlds where everything looks the same--even the people he knows best--except that everyone is one step out of sync. Oh, and his doppelganger is still following him. ----- A unique and imaginative thriller that will suck you in from the beginning. Each world introduces a fascinating new twist on the familiar, with characters who retain a relationship with Dylan, even if it's not the one he expects. But what raises this above your average psychological thriller, is how Mr. Freeman connects all the dots at the end with one final, unexpected twist.
