The Hulda Series - Book 2
In 1987, two high school friends make a trip to an isolated cabin that leads to a tragedy. Ten years later, her friends make a week-end trip to a remote island where the plan is to reconnect and honor their friend's memory only to have their trip marred by another tragedy. With no one on the island but the group of young people, one of them knows more than he's telling. ----- Semi-interesting characters and a glacial pace left me wanting more. The solution was presented as an "Aha" moment, unsupported by real detective work or any actual concrete clues. Empty and unsatisfying.
