Fantasy -- 3 stars Mother and daughter reunite, the origin of the shards and what happened to the moon finally explained...maybe over explained. ----- Having absolutely loved the first two books, I was disappointed in this one. Dialogue seemed overblown, slowing the story down rather than moving it forward. The characters who were so absorbing in previous books seemed to lose focus here.
