Literature -- 1 1/2 stars
A school for ladies in the South during the Civil War houses one adventurous lady who finds an injured Union soldier in the woods and brings him home. I'm sorry, I know this is being made into a big deal movie, but I really can't see why. I found myself skimming to get through it. One star for effort and a half because I (almost) liked the young lady who started the whole thing.
