A continuation of one of the most original fantasy trilogies I've ever read. Bingtown has a new ruler. The liveship Vivacia is under control of the pirate Captain Kennit, and Althea Vestrit wants her ship back. Brashen Trell joins her to crew a rescue mission on the Paragon, a ship that has killed two crews and may be insane. ----- I couldn't put it down.
